I'm a Civil Engineering Graduate. Professionally, with around 22 years of core responsibilities in construction project work, project planning and site management.
I am working as a “Resident Engineer” in a renowned construction firm, and Quality, Quantity Checked and Audit Engineer in a pioneer real estate company in Bangladesh one of the founder members of REHAB and the first real estate company in Bangladesh to be awarded the internationally recognized ISO 9001-2008 certification. Serving non-profit international organization icddr,b form 2010.
Have sound knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, MS Outlook etc. I am a fast learner and a good team player. To provide better service to the public using my skills, ability, sincerity, intelligence, and honesty for the benefit of the organization I work with in all respects. Regarding personal strength, I am a creative, team-oriented person who can manage his responsibilities efficiently with managing a whole working team as well as taking initiative during critical problem-solving. Moreover, I am a hard worker and able to lead the responsible team properly to meet the deadlines in the successful completion of the project goals.

1. Perform & supervise all kinds of carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, and aluminium works. This includes the installation, repair, maintenance, renovation & modification of civil-related items. Implement a preventive maintenance plan for civil-related work.
2. Frequent visits to all the existing facilities to undertake technical assessment and provide necessary recommendations to ensure that facilities’ infrastructure is well maintained
3. Prepare design, estimates, and BoQ for the infrastructure of various facilities following GoB guidelines.
